William Earl Leadbetter Obituary

William Earl Leadbetter of Farmville, Virginia passed away on July 13, 2016. He was 79.

He was born on August 28, 1936 in Charlotte County to the late William H. and Ida Roberts Leadbetter.

He is survived by one brother, Lee Leadbetter (Betty Jo) of Farmville, Virginia, a niece, Crystal Leadbetter, a nephew, Ronnie Leadbetter, and sister-in-law, Doris Leadbetter.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Frances Wilson and Hilda Leadbetter, and two brothers, Jimmy Leadbetter and R. P. Leadbetter, and a brother-in-law, George Wilson.

A graveside funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery, Madisonville, Virginia. Family received friends on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Puckett Funeral Home.
