SOUTH HILL – On November 13 at approximately 1:45 pm, South Hill Police Department officers were dispatched to Cracker Barrel located at 1400 Country Lane in the Town of South Hill in reference to a robbery that had just occurred.
Units responded and learned that an elderly woman had been robbed while walking to her vehicle. The suspect was described as a slender black male approximately 18-25 years old, medium skin tone, minimal facial hair, approximately 5’10”-6’ tall, wearing a dark hooded jacket, black pants, white socks, and black flip-flops.
The suspect then fled and got into a silver four-door vehicle, bearing NC registration, described as a Toyota with front driver’s side fender damage driven by a white male with brown hair.
The SHPD indicated the next day that they have arrested subjects related to this incident in North Carolina. No further details have been released.
