R-H H.S. Graduate Joe Reed UVa Standout

University of Virginia junior Joe Reed has made a name for himself as the newest kick return yards record holder at the school, exceeding the previous record holder’s 1,839 yard total. Last year he led the ACC in kick return yards and has secured a spot in conference standings this year. Charlotte County congratulates and is proud of a native son.
