PETERS HONORED BY VIRGINIA BABE RUTH LEAGUE

Lunenburg resident Dave Peters has spent over 30 years with the Babe Ruth League in a wide range of positions. He has managed, coached, maintained the fields, umpired and run the Lunenburg County Babe Ruth League during this time, while helping countless kids enjoy the game of baseball. He has always tried to make sure that older kids in Lunenburg and even surrounding areas had a place to play baseball. Peters was recently honored by the state for his years of service.
