Lorena Bishop Bagley Obituary

Lorena Bishop Bagley, 88, of Victoria, Va., joined her family in Heaven on January 5, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Elbert Eugene Bishop and Frances Parson Bishop and sister of the late Eugene B. “Bubba” Bishop and baby brother Ronnie Bishop.

She is survived by her son, Charles G. “Chuck” Bagley, Jr. (Connie) of Victoria; her granddaughter, Katelyn Bagley (Heath) of Richmond; grandson, Cody Bagley (Teresa) of Victoria; great-grandson, Calvin Gray Bagley; two sisters, Jean Carey (Snead) of Roxboro, N.C.; and Beverly Hagopian (Mike) of Richmond; sister-in-law Carolyn Bishop; beloved niece Michelle Bishop Irby (Jason) and great-nephew Landon Irby of Fredericksburg.

Lorena loved children and was a retired teacher’s aide at Victoria Elementary School. She was a member of Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 9954 and member of the Victoria United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her hummingbirds, collecting anything with sunflowers on it, NASCAR, and the Washington Nationals have lost their biggest fan.
