LCPS Continues to Offer Learning Opportunities and Messages to Students

LUNENBURG – With over four weeks having passed since schools in Virginia and most schools across the country were closed, teachers and Lunenburg County Public Schools officials continue to work with online resources, messages to students and more.

Teachers and LCPS officials have contacted students directly, set up WIFI locations at in the parking lots of each school and added many online resources. Students have also been mailed packets of information with updates on sites such as Google Classroom coming each week. 

Many teachers and schools have also used social media to contact students and families to send information and even just reminders. Victoria Elementary School faculty and staff recently organized the above message to share with students.

Parents are reminded to look at the website and Facebook pages for each school in order to get more information and updates. Also emails have been sent to students with additional information on learning opportunities and classwork.
