Hunter Claiborne Mitchell Obituary

Hunter Claiborne Mitchell, 31, of Henrico, Va., passed away on the morning of Saturday, February 25, 2023. Hunter is survived by his mother, Christina C. Cowlishaw; father, Bart H. Mitchell; brothers, James P. Mitchell, Aidan M. Cowlishaw, Mason H. Mitchell, Joshua N. Cowlishaw; sister, Sydney N. Mitchell; stepfather, Leigh Cowlishaw and was preceded in death by his stepmother, Kimberly Jeter Mitchell.

Hunter had an all-encompassing love for those in need, from stray dogs to the average human. Hunter was a genuine, creative, intelligent soul who will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 19, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the Urban Roost, 3023 W. Marshall St., Richmond, Va.
