A Town Hall meeting is planned for Monday, August 11, 2014 at 7 p.m. at the Hampden-Sydney Fire Department in Hampden-Sydney.  Four members of the Prince Edward Board of Supervisors plan to attend and share their vision for Prince Edward County and answer questions from the public.  Planning to attend the Town Hall are Supervisors Charles McKay, Hampden District, Bob Timmons, Buffalo District, Jim Wilck, 701 Farmville District and Patti Cooper-Jones, 801 Farmville District.  This public forum is being organized by Concerned Voters of Prince Edward, a nonpartisan group of local citizens interested in open government.   They wish to provide an informal forum for Supervisors and residents of Prince Edward County to share views and communicate about the issues important to them.  All residents of Prince Edward County are welcome to participate in this event, regardless of their voting district.  This meeting is free and open to the public.   Light refreshments will be served prior to the meeting.  Anyone wishing more information may contact Richard Altice (223-4204).
