FARMVILLE – Ever wonder how the court decides punishment for people convicted of crime? Curious about the different sentencing options in Prince Edward County?

On Thursday, December 8 the Prince Edward Commonwealth’s Attorney office will hold a panel discussion on sentencing options.

The event will be held at the Farmville Train Station beginning at 6 p.m.

Panelists for the discussion include representatives from the Prince Edward Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, District 24 Probation and Parole, Piedmont Court Service, Piedmont ASAP, Crossroads and Clearview Counseling.
