New Charlotte Co. Courthouse UPDATE

Project Administration: Skanska was on site this week to observe work in progress and review drawings, specifications, and submittals. Glave & Holmes on site for OAC meeting and review progress from last week. Andrew and Kate walked site to observe work in progress during their visit.

Construction Update: This week Blair was coordinating work on site, cleaning up site, and setting door frames at stair #2. CCC stripped forms from wall pour last week and cleaned up materials on site. They also were removing form ties from walls in preparation for wall waterproofing. Holman Masonry continued to lay CMU at stair #2 and Staff Elevator. CRB Electrical was working with mason on electrical rough-in. Link-Belt worked on crane this week and was able to repair it enough to drive it off site. A new crane was brought to site Monday to resume setting steel. Chandler set steel and began installing decking on ground floor.  Next week mason will continue with CMU and steel erectors should continue work on decking and steel. Hurt & Proffitt on site testing grout, mortar, and concrete as needed. They are also looking at rebar in walls.
