She is survived by a brother, Buddy Morris Mullins of Flat Woods, KY; four nieces; four nephews;
four great-nieces; seven great-nephews; three great-great-nieces; and two great-great-nephews.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Clarence P. Mullins and Elizabeth Thacker Mullins;
and two brothers, Paul Lee Mullins and Phillip Darrel Mullins.
A graveside funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2014, in
Powhatan Community Cemetery, Powhatan, Va. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in
Keysville, Va. is in charge of arrangements.
