Meherrin Business Suffers Break-In

MEHERRIN – A break-in that took place in Lunenburg recently is currently under investigation. According to reports, the Whistle Stop convenience store located at 518 Moore’s Ordinary Road in Meherrin suffered a break in on Friday, February 7.

The Lunenburg County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the crime and video footage. The suspects believed to be involved in the break-in are described as two white males. The incident took place around 4 a.m. The culprits broke open the back door at the store.
