Sioux Massacre Largest in American History

I’d like to make a correction from what has been reported (as fact) in the news following the shooting in Orlando. The night club shooting was not the greatest number of people killed in a single incident in America. On Dec. 29, 1890, 297 Sioux Indians at Wounded Knee creek in South Dakota were murdered by Federal agents and by members of the 7th Cavalry when they came to confiscate the weapons, “for their own safety and protection” it was said!  200 of the 297 killed were women and children.

Wounded Knee was among the first Federally backed gun confiscation attempts in U.S. history. Let Wounded Knee be an object lesson for several reasons. It didn’t take “Assault Rifles” to kill this many people at one time. A “soft target” will always make mass killing easy …… even with 1890 era weapons!  Also, when one side ensures they have all the guns, those who have been disarmed always come out losers!

Local Writes to State Representative

 Dear Mr. Edmunds,

I realize I have written to you about matters from deer baiting to selling bear mounts and you have respectfully responded to my concerns. I come to you now with penned up outrage over what happened yesterday. Never in my life would I of believed that our Justice Dept. and FBI could be bought and sold like the police of some 3rd world Banana republic but, it all happened before the eyes of America! Hillary Clinton (with righteous indignation) repeatedly denied sending classified information on unsecured e mails but, yesterday, the head of the FBI said there were 110 highly classified e mails she sent along with several thousand others that were dangerous to send unsecured. If there was ever a clear cut case of incompetence coupled with an intent to deceive, this was it!

Then to the shock and dismay of millions, the FBI gave Hillary a pass saying they found no, “intent to deceive”. The job of the FBI is to discover evidence and present their findings (that was clearly wrong doing here) and let a judge and jury decide if there was criminal intent. Since when does the FBI put itself in the position to preside over the findings of criminal wrong doing?  Even the reporters on the liberal news networks are blinking very hard at this gross miscarriage of justice.

It’s an outrage and I can’t say that enough! The Justice Dept. and the FBI have absolutely no credibility anymore! They are owned by big money and big influence in high places incapable of dispensing impartial justice. They are a disgrace to the rule of law this country is founded on. How the director of the FBI can run down the long litany of gross violations of classified information that put our nation at risk that was in clear contrast to statements made by Hillary Rodham Clinton and then have the audacity to say the FBI sees no “intent” to file charges flies in the face of reason and every rule of law!

If I fired a shot in the air and my bullet killed a person 3 miles away, I had no intent to kill that person. Am I exonerated because I had no intent to kill?  If I was drunk or careless and killed a bus load of school kids with my car, can I walk away free if I say I had no intent to kill? I got speeding tickets when I wasn’t paying attention to my speedometer. Can I get off in the future if I tell a cop it wasn’t my intention to speed ? Can all of America walk away from the harm we cause if we plead we had no intent to do the damage we did? I think not and yet, the FBI is giving Hillary a pass because they presided and decided there was no “intent” when there clearly was! So now, Hillary is off to become president scoffing at the laws that don’t apply to her!
