Learning About Skilled Care

During their last meeting in Farmville, Rotarians learned about Home Recovery, Home Aid, a local company that serves individuals who require assistance in their homes, following hospitalization, illness, injury, or disability. Their trained professionals provide a variety of services, from personal care, such as assistance with bathing, to skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Besides hands-on assistance, these workers also teach their patients and family members how to cope with difficulties that arise from disabilities.
