Family of Four Homeless After Fire

At 4:17 a.m. Wednesday morning the Meherrin Volunteer Fire Department was called to a house fire at 6543 Patrick Henry Highway between Meherrin and Greenbay. The mobile home was fully involved when the department arrived.  Keysville and Burkeville Fire Departments assisted. The home was completely destroyed.  Three children and one adult were left homeless. Please watch our Facebook page for information on how to help this family in need.
