Drivers Walk Away from T-Bone Crash; Driver Charged with Failing to Yield

Both drivers were uninjured in a serious crash on 360 in Meherrin last week that caused thousands of dollars in damage.

According to the State Police, Angela H. Walton, age 38 of Meherrin, was travelling eastbound on 360 in a 2011 Jeep Liberty. As the Jeep passed the intersection of 360 and Free State Road, a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt struck the Jeep in the passenger side. Walton was listed as uninjured on the accident report.

The driver of the Cobalt, Morgan L. Neely, age 28 of Victoria, was charged with failure to yield right of way. He was also listed as uninjured.
