CMH Announces Window Painting Contest Winners

The Christmas Season is officially underway at Community Memorial Healthcenter (CMH) in South Hill once the windows are beautifully painted for the holidays.  Each year CMH holds its annual Window Painting Contest for area high school students.  This year’s contest was held December 3rd and is always a great way for everyone at CMH to start the holidays.  This year CMH had fifteen students from five area high schools to participate: Bluestone High School, Central High School, Park View High School, Brunswick High School and Brunswick Academy.  CMH employees, patients, and visitors look forward each year to the scenes that are created by these talented students.

This years’ theme was “Christmas Across America”. Students painted different pictures of Christmas being celebrated in an array of places across our country. Students were judged on creativity, neatness, theme development, written description and overall composition of their window.  Winners of the CMH Annual Window Painting Contest were awarded prizes by Scott Burnette, CMH President/CEO during the Tree of Love Ceremony at CMH.
