The Bobcats fought a tough battle, but came up short, with a 6-1 loss. The single score came after a foul was made on Captain Isaac Napier, with Captain Nathan Michaelson sending an accurately timed ball into the box and it was followed up nicely by newcomer Colton Duffer.

The CMS Bobcats look to rebound with an away game today (Thursday, September 29) in Brunswick County against Russell Middle School, game time set to begin at 4:30 p.m.
