Arthur “Billy” Martin, 79, Charlotte CH

Arthur “Billy” H. Martin, age 79, of Charlotte Court House, Va. passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Edith H. Martin; a daughter, Donna Martin-Devine and her husband, David of Creedmoor, NC; a sister-in-law, Catherine J. Martin of Charlotte Court House; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
