Richard Thomas Dean III was arrested on Saturday, May 31, 2014 in Lunenburg County for sexual assault. Dean is 22 years old from the Victoria area.
On Saturday, May 31, 2014, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth Lamar Jones for the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office on two outstanding indictments. During the May Grand Jury, Investigator D. L. “Rusty” Callahan presented the case to the Grand Jury for the larcenies of the cemetery vases from Crestview Memorial Park. On that day, two felony indictments were obtained, one for Grand Larceny and the other was for Larceny with the intent to sell. Jones, also known as Rakim Salaam El-Amin, is a 45-year-old black male from the Richmond area.
