Washing Towns Effect on Stump County

Stump County doesn’t usually get excited about anything much less what happens in Washing Town.

What those Republicrats and Democans do is just more than we can understand.

Although Stump County has never felt the “winds of change,” in the past few weeks we have felt a small “breeze of involvement.”

The loafers at every country store in the county are in agreement that President Shrub needs a couple of country boys for advisors.

By unanimous consent “Country Representatives are Politicians” recommend to Prez Shrub and all of the big shots the following solutions.

To balance the budget, don’t spend more than you take in.  If you need to raise the cost of something-lower the cost of something else.  All bills to raise spending must have a something to cut to cover the cost.

The same applies to new laws; Want to submit a new law, include two that can be removed in the bill.

On illegal immigrants; what is it about illegal they don’t understand?  What about all of the folks who are patiently waiting for a legal visa?

All they need to do is fine anybody who employs an illegal alien.  We don’t care if they are from Mars, Jupiter or one of those warm countries down south.  If they ain’t legal don’t hire them.

If you can’t find somebody to work for you, do it legal and bring in all you need.

When they say you can’t catch them all so just make them legal just don’t make sense to us.

It’s like One of our local County Mounties told a city feller who complained about being stopped when other folks were speeding too.  He said, “Son, If you go fishing and don’t catch them all do you throw the ones you did catch back?”
