Victoria Christmas Parade is Friday

VICTORIA – The town officials in Victoria are putting on the finishing touches to prepare for a busy weekend in the town this Friday and Saturday.

Friday will kick off the weekend as the town will host the annual Lunenburg County Christmas parade on Friday, December 8 starting at 7:00 p.m.  The Town of Victoria, along with help from the Victoria Police Department and Victoria Fire and Rescue officials, will be organizing the event and helping set lineups as well as overseeing safety measures to ensure a fun and safe night.

In recent years Victoria officials brought the parade back to the traditional Friday night time slot and will use that along with the Small Town Christmas event to create a weekend of Christmas celebration in the town.
