Vacant and Affordable Housing Study Presentation

LUNENBURG – Lunenburg County and the Towns of Kenbridge and Victoria have commissioned a vacant and affordable housing study for the area.
This study is funded by a Department of Housing and Community Development grant and is designed to offer information to county and town officials as to ways to help. Studies such as this can help identify why properties may become vacant for a variety of reasons. 

The study and resulting policy, land use, and development recommendations will be presented by the Berkley Group on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium at the Kenbridge Community Center.  Look for information on this presentation next week.
