KEYSVILLE – Two Pamplin residents have been arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance following an investigation by the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department. According to the department, on April 21, deputies responded to a complaint at the Keysville playground. Once on scene deputies made contact with Joshua Wilkins, 26, and Kayla Wilkins, 29, both of Pamplin. Joshua Wilkins is being held with no bond in the Charlotte County Jail and Kayla Wilkins has been released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
