Reynolds Honored by Charlotte Board

Supervisor Nancy Carwile is shown with Robert Reynolds as she presents him with a copy of the recently approved resolution honoring him for his service to Charlotte County. Reynolds served 29 years on the Charlotte Planning Commission and as Commission chairman for ten years.
