Ragsdale, Blackwell Make Plans to Wed

Mr. & Mrs. John & Sardis Ragsdale of Kenbridge, VA are pleased to announce the engagement of their youngest daughter, Sonya E. Ragsdale, to George O. Blackwell, Jr., son of Mr. & Mrs. George & Doris Blackwell of Lunenburg, VA. Sonya is a graduate of Longwood University and is a Deputy Clerk at the Circuit Court of Lunenburg County. George graduated from Southside Virginia Community College and is a Certified Welder with Holland Railroad Company. A summer wedding is planned for 2018.
