New Courthouse Construction Update

Skanska was on site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday to observe work in progress and attend OAC Meeting. Aaron with Glave & Holmes was on site for OAC Meeting Thursday and to observe work in progress since last visit. Blair is continuing to obtain additional information from subcontractors to reconcile assumptions and cost for Bulletin #1, #2, and #3, should have next week. Revised drawings that addressed DEQ and VDOT comments are under review and pricing. Submittals continue to be reviewed and returned.

Construction Update

This week was better than last week but we did have to deal with rain on Monday and Friday. The waterline subcontractor (H&H) put together some fire hydrant assemblies, received more materials, and reviewed layout. H&H should start installing waterlines on site next week weather permitting. Blair installed some large footings for braced beams this week and plans to continue with installation of footers next week. Wall form crew had some form work and accessories delivered and plan to be on site next week to continue tying rebar and start

setting wall forms. Hurt and Proffitt was on site doing inspections of footers, rebar, and testing concrete.

Key Action Items

• Pricing for revised drawings that address DEQ and VDOT comments.

• Finalize pricing for Bulletin #1, #2, and #3.

Submittals and Closeout Items

•Blair is continuing to send submittals for approval. Glave & Holmes has been reviewing and returning submittals promptly.
