Hilary’s Email Handling Clearly Criminal

Representative Hurt and Edmunds,

What happened in Washington this week is beyond disturbing, it’s alarming! It appears the rule of law this country is founded on has been decapitated at the highest levels of our government. The lack of accountability for the disaster in Benghazi lead to a Congressional investigation that unearthed unsecured emails by Hillary Clinton. One investigation of a criminal action lead to another. Hillary Clinton was then asked to hand over her email records that she did at her own sweet time after deleting thousands (essentially destroying evidence). Hillary said under oath she did not handle classified emails and uses just one phone. Hillary was later discovered to have handled many (110) highly classified e mails on a number of unsecured cell phones. To compound this gross incompetence, her staff, (who had no security clearance) also had access to classified emails. To compound this breach of law and trust further, Hillary’s email was shown to have been hacked by a man who the FBI pulled from a prison in another country presently in FBI custody!

The FBI was called on to conduct an investigation about Hillary’s emails and present any evidence of mishandling. Just prior to the report being given, Bill Clinton (once a lawyer) and Loretta Lynch (of the Justice Dept.) who knows legal codes of conduct better than most, violated a conflict of interest by meeting privately in Lynch’s jet for 30 minutes. This flies in the face of preserving the public trust. It’s further hard to believe this meeting was impromptu and missed by all of the major news networks! A low level journalist brought this very disturbing event to light.

A few days after the Bill Clinton/Lynch meeting, FBI director Comy presented the FBI findings to the public. Comy did not take part in the 3.5 hour FBI meeting with Hillary Clinton just prior to the release of FBI findings. Indeed, the FBI meeting with Hillary was not recorded nor was she under oath. Based on this fact, this entire meeting had no basis of fact finding by the FBI but, looks more like a coordination between the FBI and Hillary as to what should be presented to the public. Director Comy presented what any lay person would consider damning evidence against Hillary.  A mishandling of classified material after a Hillary denial she had such. Hillary allowing staff members to access classified material, handling classified material on a number of (unsecured) servers, destroying emails (evidence) just prior to an investigation. Failing to deliver all the emails when she testified she had.

There is no innocent mistakes here on the part of Hillary. A person of her experience knows what classified material is be it marked or unmarked as classified. If this is not a blatant mishandling of classified material coupled with intent to destroy evidence and deceive authority, then what does it take to exceed what has happened here to constitute a criminal act? To the astonishment of myself and to all those who respect the rule of law, Director Comy said the FBI saw, “No intent” on behalf of Hillary to break the law and no charges will be filed. I find this part highly interesting. The FBI is charged with finding and presenting evidence …only. The job of the FBI was to determine if classified material was mishandled by Hillary Clinton which it clearly was by Comy’s testimony. The question for Comy and the statute of the law did not require, “intent” at all but rather, … was classified material mishandled. The answer is clearly … yes!

Comy usurped the authority of the Justice Dept. and Congress by saying no charges will be brought against Hillary. The FBI does not have that authority to have the final say-so on charges. For Comy to be this assertive to pass judgment on Hillary essentially high-jacking the legal process of law comes across as a man under pressure to act outside of his authority. This entire matter from Benghazi, to unsecured classified e mail handling, destroying evidence, withholding evidence, Bill Clinton’s meeting with Lynch to the FBI report and excusing of Hillary of a criminal act is about as an egregious abuse of the rule of law and public trust as it can be!

I strongly urge you to exercise what political powers you have to address this gross injustice. For the Democratic party to side with Hillary and call this a political witch hunt makes their entire body complicit to what Hillary did and amounting to the harboring of a fugitive! The corruption that stalks Washington need not be referred to in broad, vague or hazy terms when something this stark has been played out in plain sight before the American people.

Make Tomorrow a Better Day

The recent tragic events in Dallas and other places seem to have all of the “powers that be” searching for the right words to describe what is necessary to curb this senseless violence. I suggest one word: RESPECT. Respect for the rule of law, respect for individual rights, respect for the person that is being detained, and respect for each individual as a human being.

Those being detained must respect the police as protectors of the law and all individuals. The police must respect the individual being detained because they’re not guilty until found so by a jury and a judge. And above all, each individual deserves respect at all times. To be sure, the police have a right to protect themselves at all times, but they should be very careful not to violate individual liberties.

With that having been said, I have absolutely no respect for the BLACK LIVES MATTER organization or any other organization that seeks to cause trouble and offer no solutions. It is quite clear to me that ALL LIVES MATTER equally. The unborn child, the teenager making bad judgments, the hardened criminal, and the individual accused of a crime. ALL LIVES MATTER!  The dredging up of wrongdoing from the distant past serves absolutely no purpose! The answer is to “move forward in the right spirit today.” We can’t change 100 years ago or yesterday, but we can make tomorrow a better day for our nation!

I ask that all people of goodwill join me in making America the great nation that we know it can be!  Stop this senseless violence and, above all, let us RESPECT each other!
