The Lady Statesmen traveled to Goochland on April 9 and came up one run short, losing 4-3.  Randolph-Henry went up 1-0 in the top of the second when Kristina Edmonds scored on a pass ball.  They would increase their lead to 3-0 after the top of the fifth.  After getting back to back hits, Kristina Edmonds and Abbey Clements both scored on a double by Taylor Trent.  The Lady Bulldogs would then go up 4-3 after the fifth inning on three hits and four R-H errors.  R-H would make one last threat at the plate when Edmonds got her second hit of the night and then stole a base.  She was unable to score making the final score 4-3.

R-H picked up their first district win of the year beating Buckingham 6-4 at home.  R-H went up 1-0 after the first inning on three straight hits by Taylor Trent, Olivia Powell, and Maci Fannon.  Buckingham went up 4-1 after four innings.  R-H would score five runs in the fifth on hits by Trent, Fannon, Edmonds, and Payne.  R-H had four players get two hits each that night (Taylor Trent, Olivia Powell, Maci Fannon, Leighan Payne).  Olivia Powell picked up her first win of the year on the mound.
