Keysville Hires Town Manager

KEYSVILLE – Dennis Carney of Buckingham has been employed as Keysville’s first town manager. Carney left the town of Windsor where he was the Planning and Zoning director for the past six years.  He has 29 years’ experience working with operations in other towns in Virginia and North Carolina. Carney stated, “I am very honored to be the first Town Manager for the Town of Keysville.  Keysville has much potential and many things to offer. I look forward to meeting and working with the citizens of the Town to make Keysville an even better place to live.” Keysville Mayor Audrey Payne said, “We are glad to have Dennis with us. I think he will be good for the town and we are all looking forward to working with him.”
