KES Set to Meet with Board of Supervisors

LUNENBURG – Following the recent debate and discussions over the Kenbridge Emergency Squd and the possible merger with another area organization, has led to a Joint Board of Supervisors meeting with Kenbridge Emergency Squad being arranged to hold further discussions with the group.

The Lunenburg County Board of Supervisors will hold the meeting at Kenbridge Emergency Squad on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:00p.m. to discuss the possibility of an organizational merger and potential revisions to the Lunenburg County Emergency Response Plan for emergency medical services. This meeting is open to the public the public, but is not a public hearing where citizens will speak about the issue. It is instead an opportunity for the Supervisors to hear from and talk with KES members.
