Kavalier Volleyball Ranked Seventh After Win Over Southampton

The Varsity Lady Kavalier Volleyball Team had a recent victory over Southampton Academy this past Thursday night, October 13. The Kavs were down 0-2 in the first two sets, with scores of 19-25 in both, and pushed through an unbelievable comeback to win the final three.
Scores of the last three sets were 26-24, 25-14 and 17-15 to end the night with an exciting Kavalier victory over the #5 state ranked Southampton team.
The Kenston Forest attack was led by junior, Peyton Clary, with 19 kills and 9 service points and junior, Indigo Dougherty with 8 kills. Also a junior, Josie Epperson, tacked on another 8 points with nonreturnable serves. The Kavs were ranked 7th in the state prior to the match on Thursday.
