CHARLOTTE COURT HOUSE – Two Charlotte County men were arrested last Saturday following an assault on their neighbor.
According to police reports, John Henry Noblin, 63, and his son, John Travis Noblin, 25, were charged with the felonious assault of Ronnie Arrington.
The incident occurred around 12:26 p.m. on Saturday, February 27 when Arrington entered the Noblin’s yard on Welsh Track Road in Charlotte Court House to obtain several dog bowls. During the argument that ensued, Arrington was allegedly assaulted by both men. Police reports says Arrington was struck in the head, face and ankle, and choked during the assault.
