Fast Response Saves Keysville Home

An early morning fire on Christopher Lane in Keysville was contained by a fast response by local volunteer fire departments. Keysville, Meherrin and Drakes Branch responded. Keysville Chief Lynn Duffey said the fire was contained in the bedroom. The home suffered heavy smoke damage. “In a case like this a few minutes makes all the difference.
