On October 7, 2013, our hearts became saddened. Before the closing of early morning, God dispatched his death Angel to visit my husband, my father, our son, my brother, David Edward Eppes. David enjoyed serving the citizens of Prince Edward County and he loved his fellow officers. A Time for Family: He was married to Machelle D. Jackson on October 18, 1986 and to this union one precious daughter was born, DaVida Ashlee Eppes who he adored and loved dearly.
