Community Easter Egg Hunt A W(hopping) Success!

The Drakes Branch Baseball Field was transformed into an Easter Wonderland on Saturday, April 4, 2015.  Over 1,000 colored eggs lined the green grass as crowds of children anxiously awaited the opportunity to indulge! In addition to the exciting egg hunt, two bounce houses, bag decorating, face painting, and door prizes were available to entertain.  After participants worked up a healthy appetite, lunch was served.  This free event was a collaboration among local area churches including St. Michael Baptist Church, Mt. Calvery United Methodist Church, Gethsemane Presbyterian Church, Drakes Branch Baptist Church, Drakes Branch Presbyterian Church, Mossingford Baptist Church and Organ Hill Baptist Church.
