Bank Robber Sentenced to 50 years

Holly Skelton: charged with conspiring to trespass and tresspassing after being forbidden. The case was dismissed on a motion to strike.

Lawrence Koslick found guilty of Unlawful filming of a nude minor. Pre-sentence report requested with sentencing scheduled for November 13, 2013

Charles C. Bryant: charged with Statutory Burglary and Grand Larceny. The case was Nol Prossed

Kevlin L Palmer was convicted of his 3rd DUI. Sentenced to 5 years, four year suspended, 1 year active sentence, $1000. fine, Virginia Operators License suspended, 1 year active probation, 5 years good behavior.

Rufus R. Dickerson Jr plead guilty to possession of oxycodone. Under 1st offender statute sentencing was deferred for 12 months.

Harold C. Bolin plead guilty to probation violation. His suspended sentence was revoked and then again suspended for time served while waiting trial.

John H. Noblin entered a guilty plea for possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance. Sentencing was deferred for one year under 1st offender statute.

Dallas Seals was found guilty of Grand Larceny. He was sentenced to 10 years in jail with 10 years suspended on condition of Good Behavior, 1 year probation and restitution to Buckingham Branch Railroad.

Michael Anthony Pickeral, who was charged with  November 9 armed robbery of the Keysville Branch of the Bank of Charlotte County, was sentenced to 50 years with 48 years suspended. He will be on supervised probation for 5 years upon his release and must make restitution to the Bank of Charlotte County jointly with his co-defendant, Robert Dale Cox.
