Blevins, Toombs Engagement

Chester and Tammy Blevins of Crewe announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Nichole Blevins, to Cody Brandon Toombs, son of Denise Hancock of Red Oak and Brian Toombs of Charlotte Court House.
Tiffany is a2011 graduate of Nottoway High School and is currently employed with CMH/VCU in the Emergency Room Department in South Hill.
Cody is a 2010 graduate of Randolph-Henry High School and is currently employed at Morgan Lumber Company in Red Oak.
A September 10, 2016 wedding is planned at Roxabel in Charlotte Court House.
