Bike Fair Returns to Chase City

Despite the sweltering heat, motorcyclists and fans alike rolled into Chase City for the 2015 South Central Bike Fair. Much the same as last year, but with a slightly smaller crowd, (no doubt due to the heat), the bike fair once again had an excellent collection of motorcycles for visitors to see. While music for the event was provided by local talent, the bands held out for cooler afternoon temperatures before they began to play. The pavilion stayed full as visitors opted for cool conversations in the shade. Proceeds from the Bike Fair will once again go to support the Chase City Volunteer Fire Department.
