Arrowhead Holds Virginia-Carolina Skeet Shoot

VICTORIA – Arrowhead Gun Club held the Virginia-Carolina Skeet Shoot last weekend. Forty-one shooters from around the state and of all ages competed in the four-gun challenge including 20-gauge, 12-gauge, 28-gauge, and 410.
Even with the extreme temperatures, participants scored high. Many ran 98 out of 100. Pam LaRow of Dublin, Virginia, scored a perfect score of 200 on Saturday in 28-gauge and 12-gauge.
On Sunday, her impressive scores sealed the High-Over-All win. This summer Arrowhead Gun Club will host the Firecracker Skeet shoot in July, and the National Skeet Shooting Association’s State Skeet Shoot in August.
