Accident Results in Minor Injuries

On Thursday, November 24, at 10:57 a.m. Virginia State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Charlotte County. The crash occurred on Route 360 in front of Sav-U-Time near Keysville. A passenger vehicle was leaving Sav-U-Time, and pulled out onto Rt.360 into the path of a tractor-trailer. The tractor-trailer driver swerved into the left lane in an effort to miss the car, but clipped the left front of the vehicle. As the truck driver pulled back into his lane of travel, the trailer overturned in the westbound lane. The driver of the truck was transported from the scene for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation. Photo courtesy Keysville Fire Department.
