A Welcoming Spirit: Grace Community Church Holds Open House on Saturday

Join Grace Community Church on Saturday, August 15 as they extend a warm welcome to all to attend their open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature free hotdogs for the first 75 visitors, a variety of kids’ games and an information table to learn more about the mission of Grace Community Church.

Grace Community ChurchPastor Robert Perrin said Grace Community Church places an emphasis on creating a warm atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Pastor Perrin relayed that Grace Community Church is unique, not only because of their evening services, but because great significance is placed on serving the community.

The name, Grace Community Church, carries a special meaning. Pastor Perrin explained Grace symbolizes the power of God, Community is about the people, and the Church is the mission. The church has only been in operation for about 18 months, when it was started with a total of six individuals.

If you’re interested in learning more about Grace Community Church, everyone is invited to stop by and visit this Saturday. Grace Community Church is located on George Washington Hwy. in Charlotte Court House, right next door to Dollar General. Regular worship service is held every Sunday at 4:30 p.m., followed by fellowship.
