CHARLOTTE COUNTY – The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department has arrested three individuals for allegedly breaking and entering the Get-N-Go convenience store at Crafton’s Gate.
According to the sheriff’s department, Robert D. Foster Jr., 27, of Skipwith, James M. Gordon III, 39, of Clarksville, and Sarah O. Hutchins, 22, of Chase City were charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny last week.
On Tuesday of last week, the sheriff’s department received a call around 11:44 p.m. saying that the convince store had been broken into.
When deputies arrived they found that the front door glass had been smashed, and cash and a carton of cigarettes had been taken.
Foster is currently being held without bond, and Gordon was released on a $2,000 bond. Hutchins is also being held on a $2,000 bond.
Foster and Hutchins were previously charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny of the Get-N-Go for a crime that occurred in March.
